Return Policy


To return your item(s) please fill out and enclose the Return Merchandise Form & Packing Slip that was included with your order and we will gladly exchange, refund or credit your purchase based on our policy listed below.


Refunds and Exchanges are only accepted for items purchased through

-14 days for Refund OR Exchange from the day goods were received.

-30 days for Exchange OR Online Credit only from the day goods were received.

Merchandise must be returned in the original condition. Only unworn items with original tag attached will be refunded or exchanged. Swimwear returned without the hygienic liner will not be accepted for refund, exchange or store credit.

Returned merchandise will be exchanged, credited or refunded to your account upon receipt from our warehouse. All returns are processed every Friday and refunds are issued the following Monday.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Shipping fees on Returns/Exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. 

No refunds or exchanges on Final Sale items or merchandise discounted 50% or more. 

IMPORTANT: We highly recommend using a traceable shipping service for your return as we are not responsible for lost or stolen goods. If you need to inquire about your Return/Exchange, please email us with your tracking number so we can better assist you.
