Return Instructions / Return Policy


To return your item(s) please fill out and enclose the Return Merchandise Form that was included with your order and we will gladly exchange, refund or credit your purchase based on our policy listed below. You can also download the Return Merchandise Form here. 


Refunds and Exchanges are only accepted for items purchased through

-14 days for Refund OR Exchange from the day goods were received.

-30 days for Exchange OR Online Credit only from the day goods were received.

Merchandise must be returned in the original condition. Only unworn items with original tag attached will be refunded or exchanged. Swimwear returned without the hygienic liner will not be accepted for refund, exchange or store credit. We will not accept a return on merchandise that has been washed, worn, or damaged after receipt or missing the original tags. Any product that is damaged upon receipt must be reported to Customer Service within 48 hours of delivery or return might not be approved.

Returned merchandise will be exchanged, credited or refunded to your account upon receipt from our warehouse.

Usually the process takes between 5-15 business days from the date it arrives at our warehouse which is a third party fulfillment and returns company. Once they process the return, they then send us a notification, based on which we issue the refund.

*Please note that the refund is not instantaneous. Depending on your CC service provider it could take between 24Hrs - 7 business days to show up on your CC statement.

Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

Shipping fees on Returns/Exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. 

No refunds or exchanges on Final Sale items or merchandise discounted 50% or more. 

If the package is rejected by the customer or unable to be delivered to the address as provided in the order and the items are returned to our warehouse, it may take up to 15 days for us to process the return in our system. When your return is processed we will initiate the refund to your account for the cost of the items, less the 20% re-stocking fee. 

IMPORTANT: We highly recommend using a traceable shipping service (no signature required) for your return as we are not responsible for lost or stolen goods. If you need to inquire about your Return/Exchange, please email us with your tracking number so we can better assist you.
