CAN I WEAR MY SWIMWEAR IN THE WATER?
Yes! All our swimwear is water safe; however we do not recommend hot tubs because of the harsh chemicals that might cause a colour alteration. Our swimwear is fully lined and the edges are reinforced with an elastic trim.
HOW DO I WASH MY PIECES?
We recommend washing our crochet garments in lukewarm water using mild detergent with fabric softener added to the last rinse. To dry tops, dresses, pants, skirts, and cover-ups, please lay the garment flat or it will stretch if hung. For swimwear, simply drip dry. For Silk garments we recommend dry clean only.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed, you must email or call us immediately to make any changes to your order. All orders are processed by 11am PST each day. If our warehouse has already processed your order you will have to go through the return/exchange process after receiving your order. (Office hours 9am-5pm PST Mon-Fri, closed on all Canadian Stat Holidays).
I WOULD LIKE TO MAKE A RETURN?
No problem! We have a very friendly return policy - Full refund or exchange within 14 days or Credit up to 30 days (Please view our Shipping & Returns policy page for full details).
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY REFUND OR EXCHANGE TO PROCESS?
Usually the process takes between 7-15 days from the date it arrives at our warehouse which is a third party fulfillment and returns company. Once they process the return, they then send us a notification, based on which we issue the refund. (Please view our Shipping & Returns policy page for full details). Please email or call us if you would like to exchange your item, as we have to check that the item is stocked.
*Please note that the refund is not instantaneous. Depending on your CC service provider it could take between 24Hrs - 7 business days to show up on your CC statement.
AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING BACK MY EXCHANGE?
Yes - we do not provide shipping labels on exchanges or returns.
DO YOU HAVE A RETAIL STORE?
No, unfortunately we do not, but we do have stockists all over the world! If you are looking for a stockist in your area please email or call us with the city you are interested in!
DO YOU RESTOCK ON ITEMS?
Yes! We restock on our basics and best sellers every Season. Seasonal colours may not be restocked. Sign up for our mailing list or follow us on social media to be notified when your favourite item comes back in stock! If an item you are shopping for is showing as "Unavailable" or "Out of Stock" a pop up box will appear and prompt you to enter your email address if you wish to be notified when the item is available again.
CAN I SHIP TO MY HOTEL OR VACATION DESTINATION ?
Yes, in some cases we can accommodate this if the address is able to receive parcels (sorry no middle of the jungle bungalow destinations). Please advise in the Ship To section where you need your order to be sent and we will contact you if there are any issues. Also please make the appropriate arrangements with your hotel/destination to accept the package on your behalf. Sorry no PO boxes.
I AM GOING ON VACATION. WILL I GET MY ORDER ON TIME?
Please leave enough time for your order to be processed and shipped if you need your items by a certain date (see Shipping & Returns policy page for detailed Ship times). Keep in mind problems due arise from time to time with shipping/customs delays and we do not want you to be left without new outfits for your vacation!
