When choosing your size for this halter style (and all of our halter styles) please base it on your bra size. If you are a C-D cup select large, if you are a B cup select medium, and if you are a A cup a small. Since it ties at the back it doesn't really matter what your underbust measurement is as this style ties at the back so it's adjustable.
